Just emailed an invoice to 'very clever woman' so should be getting a good bit of dosh soon .... thank goodness. Have just sent son and girlfriend off for the day .... reminding him to go to his drama class and not sit canoodlig with her all afternoon! Really must tidy the house ... 'tis an absolute tip. Must pop round to see my mother as she want to show me the new jacket she's bought ... thankfully, not p****e!! Quiet sort of day really .... which is how I like it! Very windy here ... must remember to don v. trendy hat before I venture out!! |

Me? Hardly! Now, my mother, now SHE knew how to dress. Plus she had the face and shape for it, and just enough height to wear those big, wonderful Lilly Dache hats. I'm just a bit on the short side, and they made me look like a mushroom.  |

I remember when I couldn't sit down on the bus because of the length of my skirt... Now the only reason I can't sit down on the bus is that there are no seats.

Too true! My mini skirt days are well and truly over .... anyway, not many can get away with short skirts over the age of 30 ... and even that's pushing it ... unless you're Kate Moss, of course!! If only! |
